1. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their participation in any contest up to 1 hour before the contest starts. To cancel, please navigate to your account settings and select the contest you wish to cancel.

2. Refund Policy

Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are only applicable if:

• The contest is canceled by Pinup Fantasy.
• The user cancels their participation at least 1 hour before the contest starts.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that entry fees for contests are non-refundable once the contest has started.
